Welcome to AK Home Delivery. By using our platform to browse restaurants, stores, or shops, or by placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

About Our Service

AK Home Delivery is a food and product delivery platform connecting customers with restaurant, store, and shop partners across Chakwal city and the surrounding villages. Orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp, and delivery is carried out by our own verified riders.

Placing an Order

• Orders must include accurate details such as items requested, delivery address, and contact information
• Once an order is confirmed by our team, it is passed on to the relevant restaurant or store partner for preparation
• A flat delivery charge of Rs. 150 applies within Chakwal city
• We recommend combining two or more items in a single order to make the most of the delivery charge

Order Confirmation & Communication

All orders are confirmed directly through WhatsApp with our team. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct order details and delivery information. AK Home Delivery is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delivery

• Delivery is available across Chakwal city and select surrounding villages
• Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, restaurant preparation time, and customer location
• All deliveries are carried out by our own verified riders

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are only accepted before a restaurant begins preparing an order. Once an order has been prepared or picked up for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy page.

Restaurant & Store Partners

Businesses listed on our platform are independent partners responsible for the preparation and quality of their own menu items or products. AK Home Delivery facilitates ordering and delivery but does not directly prepare food or products listed by partner businesses.

Rider Conduct

Our delivery riders are expected to handle every order with care and deliver it promptly to the address provided. Customers are requested to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given location and time.

Use of the Platform

• Customers agree to use AK Home Delivery only for genuine orders and lawful purposes
• Misuse of the platform, including false orders or abusive behavior toward our team or riders, may result in restricted access to our services

Changes to These Terms

AK Home Delivery may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services. Continued use of our platform after any updates means you accept the revised terms.
